Therapeutic Massage: Initial visits include a detailed health history, physical assessment, hand-on treatment, and remedial exercise/homecare. Subsequent visits involve an intake update, reassessment, hand-on treatment and remedial exercise/homecare as needed.

Therapeutic Hot/Cold Stone Massage: Includes everything listed above but the Hands-on Treatment involves the use of heated and/or cooled stones to facilitate a thermal effect on the muscle and fascial tissues. This can be beneficial for rehabilitation of injuries or simply to promote relaxation of the mind and body. Please Contact Laura directly to book one of these treatments as it takes some preparation.

Remedial Exercise/Homecare: This is given at the end of all treatments and may include stretching, strengthening, activity modification, hydrotherapy (the use of heat/cold to alleviate symptoms) or other home care techniques to help tissues heal and recover post-treatment.
